I fully appreciate how Dr. Farber writes with soul, passion and conviction throughout these 101 recipes.., he speaks to you as a friend, not at you like a stranger, and perhaps we all could use a guidebook like this to turn to when the weather is cloudy.
There is a silver lining wrapped inside of every trial and tribulation.....it is often hard to see and oft overlooked...Dr. Farber
helps us see life's failings as opportunities to elevate ourselves as self-realized human beings
If you have a keen eye on learning how to hone your self-awareness skills and cultivate a strong sense of "We Shall Overcome," than
i highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to keep on the sunny side.
