finished reading this book, authored by: Greg Kevorkian, B.S., M.A.
Learned a lot about the body's very important Glands and the Hormones they produce. Everyone is different when it comes to the chemistry of our bodies. There are no two alike. For my age, I am in relatively good health. Age is but a
number, so we'll leave it at that. However, the title of this book: Male Aging Busted, got my attention and hope it gets yours. Phil McKenney
I purchased this book several weeks ago and began taking the some of the advise, beginning with getting on Armour thyroid. Took me a week or so to get used to it, but wow do I feel better. Lots of energy, a little sharper mentally and stronger.
As men, many of us tend to neglect ourselves as we have for centuries. My advise would be to get this book. It's a quick read and the improvement to your life will be significantly noticed by those around you. You may not be able to do everything in the book, but try do do what you can and you won't regret it! I will recommend it to my patients.
