These ice cubes are super awesome. They fit perfectly in a cocktail glass. They are definitely a conversation piece as well. Helps to keep your drink cold longer without watering it down as quickly. I love that the material is BPA free as well. Very flexible which makes it easy to pop the ice cubes out. I love the funky green color too. I definitely recommend this product. I received this product at a discount and exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

These things are huge! I've had some other silicon ice trays before, but these are much sturdier and work much better. The cubes can be a little tricky to get out one at a time, but it's not a big deal. They are somewhat too large for most 14oz American "pint" tumblers, but they do fit. And the ice does indeed last a long time.

I have some similar size round cube makers. Will have to let my inner nerd time their comparative cooling capability.

It works pretty well. The only issue I have with it is that is can be difficult to remove the ice cubes from the tray because the side are soft enough to allow the mold to deform after freezing. The cubes will then form lumps that protrude into neighboring compartments creating a sort of jigsaw puzzle situation that makes it harder to remove the cubes.

GINORMOUS indeed! I thought it would be extra large, but I was blown away by the size of the ice cube tray. You'd get 2" cubes from each slot. I have not used them yet, but plan to use it for pesto, chili base, etc.

Doesn't affect taste of water
Melts slowly

CONS:
Silicone material means you have to be careful walking it to freezer (not a CON if you're not clumsy like me!)

I will admit that I have an unusually high standard when it comes to ice cube trays. I can notice if they give off even a tiny bit of plastic taste, and these did NOT! I have ordered a few soft plastic ones before (rather than hard plastic) and they have always left me with an odd taste that I couldn't use, no matter how cute of cubes they made.

I love the shape of these cubes and they melt very slowly. One of the most odd things to me is buying bags of ice for my own personal use (I don't have parties but I love ice cold water.) With these I can use one ice cube for multiple refills of my cup!! A tip for filling would be that you probably don't need to leave as much room as you think. I left a little too much room and my cubes didn't turn out as big. It's easy to figure out tho and after a couple tries you'll have perfect ones! The soft plastic makes it easy to pop them out unlike hard plastic where you have to hit it against your counter. They look super cute in alcoholic drinks too, I always like to add some flare to those. The only cons I can find are that I have to be super careful walking it to the freezer once it's full tho since it's soft plastic and I'm super clumsy! (Hold from underneath with flat palms and you'll be good.) I attached a few pics to show the cubes altho I did underfill just a tad. I got this for a discounted price for my honest opinion and trust me, I wouldn't even be able to force myself to use it (no matter how much it cost) if it had an aftertaste!

This definitely makes some big cubes, which is cool.

Less cool is that it's already torn in the corner between two cubes. I tried pushing one of the cubes out, not very hard, it's ripped. Now wondering if it arrived that way because I truly didn't push very hard.

Other than it being hard to get the cubes out, it's neat. I am looking forward to trying different cube types.

UPDATED 8/22/16: Support for the Mammoth Cubes tray is pretty sweet. I got a replacement tray and after trying it out it didn't rip. My first tray must have been from a bad batch.

I've now tried out plain cubes and coffee cubes (for use in iced coffee - no more watering down the drinks!). It works well for both. I stand by the fact the cubes are a bit challenging to get out of the tray, but if you give it some patience you can work them out. There's definitely a high novelty factor here that everyone in my family enjoys. Given the replacement tray and my improved success, I'm updating my review to five stars.
