Publishers Weekly Bestseller!

As heard on The Dan Bongino Show!

George Soros’ web of influence is documented and exposed.

No one else in modern politics has anywhere near the power and influence of George Soros, both domestically and internationally. Backed by the tens of billions of dollars he’s accumulated throughout his career, Soros has his hand in influencing the media, activist groups, colleges, presidential elections, global elections, local U.S. politics, and much more. Soros has earned himself a reputation as a “boogeyman” character on the right, and nowhere else will you read such an extensive documentation of his influence as in this book.

Editorial Reviews

Review

I've written a lot about George Soros, and my eyes were opened by this book. - Dan Bongino, Host of The Dan Bongino Show and Unfiltered With Dan Bongino

Soros has been demonized, criticized, and ostracized by the political right; now he has been explained, and in so doing exposed. Matt Palumbo shows he is worthy of his position as Dan Bongino's acolyte in "The Man Behind the Curtain." Get this book, read this book, act upon the book. - Former Trump Presidential Campaign CEO Steve Bannon

This is a deep, important study of one of the most influential men of our time. The degree to which Soros has infiltrated virtually every aspect of public policy is alarming and should cause great concern for every American. - Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich

Without a doubt Soros is someone to be reckon with. His ideology is all wrong and he's going to reward those who fall in line with his thinking. We have already seen the results of his investments and how it has hurt this country and the world. He preys on those who need money and are willing to do his dirty work. It's easy for someone to think of themselves as a wise and important person to the world when they have all the money they'll ever need. This guy is no fool. The author does a good job on investigating Soros and all his connections and antics he has done over the past 40 years and how he's used them. He's in his 90's but that doesn't matter. He has a son who will carry on and also those many orgnizations he has created throughout the world. Good book!

This book was a thorough current presentation of the philosophy and political activities of George Soros, including some significant vignettes from his childhood. It discusses the development of his primary political action committee and the many spin-off committees that are active both in the US and abroad, their focus and function. The opinions are those of the author, but the book is extensively foot-noted. Although there is mention of the role of his children on the boards of some of the organizations he supports, there is no information or discussion of his personal life. Therefore this is not a biography of Soros. If you have wondered about the nature and scope of influence of George Soros on culture and politics here and abroad, I highly recommend this book.

This book is a very complete, as far as I can tell, exposé of George Soros and the use of his considerable wealth to exert political influence globally. After all, he has stated that he wants to be the conscience of the world. Listed are the many organizations and individuals who are receiving or have received his generous contributions. Problem is, his actions seem undemocratic if not anti democratic, as the generosity is only extended to one side - the left. He doesn’t appear to personally promote violence unless you know he has funded Antifa actions and promoted violent and destructive riots in Ferguson, etc. He has essentially purchased enough faculty, media & political figures such that he doesn’t get scrutinized or criticized much. It might be difficult to hold back laughter when his politicians criticize money’s influence on politics!

The book is well written and very informative. My husband and I are reading it. When I lay it down, he picks it up and reads. Then when he lays it down, I pick it up and continue where I left off. Mr. Soros is a VERY interesting man. He knows how to "play the game". I hope he doesn't win!

This is a comprehensive look at the man, his history and mindset. How extraordinary that among the recipients of his fortune, there is not one humanitarian organization. Not one hospital built and supported or provider of food and necessities. All is for furthering his world view and playing political games with governments. A true egotist, painfully detached from humanity.

5.0 out of 5 stars The extend of Soros involvement in very many democracies worldwide.
Reviewed in Canada on February 7, 2022
Overall an eye opener. The number of organizations under his umbrella, the media connections and his globalists' goals. His connections with left leaning politicians and the way he keeps them in power. Here is a man who never ran a business, who never employed anyone other than his security details and housekeeping, making a fortune through currency manipulation, bankrupting entire countries and lots of individuals in the process. Yet he is hailed as a hero.

1.0 out of 5 stars The agenda driven book I have ever read
Reviewed in Canada on February 5, 2023
To say this book was one sided would be a vast understatement. I actually didn't even bother finishing the last chapter. His biopic is so agenda driven/skewed it's not worth reading.

While there is some basis in fact to Soros' political support, it is no different to what Murdoch and the Koch brothers do on a daily basis - and Soros' activities at least have some altruism to them. I love to hear the author's take on their activities.

I also find amusing, anyone whose political views skew even slightly left of libertarianism seems to be painted as some dangerous socialist.

Overlooked due to the agenda, Palumbo's writing is very amatuerist at best
