This book could be summed up in one sentence. "There is no such thing as 'principles of Managment' because in Management there are too many variables to observe principles." This is a prime example of how college is a big huge scam of a money pit. If you want your fancy piece of paper (diploma) you have to take ridiculous classes that have nothing to do with your degree.... How about underwater basket weaving, or anashanaeba culture, or study hieroglyphics..... So ridiculously pointless.

I needed this book for a college class.
The book store at the college wanted 125.00 for this book used.
I paid 86.00 here on Amazon.
Book is in excellent condition, the only thing is the persons name was written in the front of the book with a sharpie.
Other than that, no complaints.

I bought this textbook because it was a required text for my Principals of Management course at Park University. This text book is written in a style designed to be read easily with good comprehension and retention, the graphics used in the text are fairly clear and laid out well. I try to buy all of the textbooks that I can through Amazon because I can usually save 30-50% off of the cost of a new text.

The shipping was dissapointing as I paid for fast shipping and it got to me late. The book itself was not bad. It has good info. I was a little bored. Maybe it was because I have taken a similar class from my job. If you need help writing resumes or need insight in office communications such as business letters and methods of communication between offices, this book has useful information.

This book is amazing. I used it in a management class for my degree and literally felt like it was one of the best books I've ever had to read. I rented the book off of a rental site, but am really planning on buying the book in the near future. I would like to have it as a reference for when I am working as a manager. I am applying so much of what I've learned at work too. It's helping me understand individuals more and allowing me to resolve issues before they become blown up.

this book is very useful for my class and I enjoy that fact that it is informal without the chapters being long and drawn out.
