The Manfrotto PRO Light Frontloader photo backpack is a professional camera bag designed to provide unprecedented equipment protection to suit the preferences and workflow of any photographer or filmmaker. The PRO Light backpacks inaugurate the new M-Guard Protection System, designed and tested in the laboratory to guarantee the highest level of protection and impact resistance where protection is essential. M-Guard dividers are made from high density EVA foam and provide exceptional shock absorption with a super slim silhouette. SAS-TEC, a viscoelastic memory foam with multi-impact resistance, adds structural reinforcement to the base of the pack providing extra impact protection. The PRO Light Frontloader offers a fully padded gear compartment with customizable interior, with front access. Quick lateral access to the most used equipment, suitable for full frame camera without handle with 70-200mm f / 2.8 lens mounted, has a pocket on the internal panel for small accessories. Features side tripod mount, 15” laptop compartment, adjustable chest strap and waist belt. A front compartment with pockets for small accessories. This backpack is designed to protect professional equipment, providing optimal long-term comfort. Harness system distributes weight and maximizes breathability with molded EVA mesh panel. The backpack is made of RipStop nylon / water repellent polyester with reinforcement yarn to obtain a lightweight and durable design, resistant to the most intense use for long-term protection of the equipment. It features DuoFace sun / rain cover for protection from bad weather and reflects the sun's rays, keeping the equipment dry.

    I recently took this backup on a trip north of the arctic circle and spent two weeks photographing nature in rough conditions including ice storms, snow blizzards, rain, mud, 80 mile an hour winds and couple of falls down the hills and I tell you that this backpack survived it all. It is tough and protective and in fact I never had to use the rain cover that comes with it because it is repelling water and elements. I dropped it in mud and snow a couple of times and it doesn't even get dirty. You brush the dirt off by the back of your hand and it is gone.
    I never thought that this backpack would impress me as much.
    Pros: size, protections inside the pack, the storage for small items, laptop storage in the back and comfort of the backpack when fully loaded.
    Cons: I wish it had a second pocket for the water bottle, no small section for clothing or small items, other than that I cannot think of anything else to be wrong with this pack.
    I really liked it and I think I will order the larger size for longer trips. I am not a professional photographer and I only do it for fun so don't base my review upon a professional user.
