How to Use Mango Butter
The best way to enjoy our 100% Pure Mango Butter is straight from the package, as-is. Scoop a pea-sized amount of Mango Butter into your palm then massage the butter onto your skin as it melts. The melted butter will glide on like a body oil and absorb into the skin within minutes. You can also use Mango Butter on your hair. Melt a tiny amount of butter between your palms then dab it onto the tips of your hair to help moisturize and condition the dry ends.
If you whip it into one of our luscious body butter recipes, apply much as you would any other cream. We recommend you use a wooden or plastic spatula or spoon to dip into your lotion or cream container.
You can use Mango Butter as a scalp treatment and as a hair serum to tame frizzy and unruly hair. For scalp: melt a small amount of mango butter in your hands, massage into scalp. You can either rinse it out, or leave it in place. For serum, scrunch into or run over your hair to moisturize, smooth and shine.
