My skin reacted quite badly to this with a greasy feeling and breakouts after a few hours.

Also the colour was not light enough. I'm naturally very fair and was just looking for a foundation to match my skin rather than to look goth. This seemed neither pink nor yellow based but kind of generic "brown" based so it kind of looked dirty on me.

I liked the little spatula in the bottle for getting the stuff out and it smelled pretty good, but it's not a product for me.

If you are a pale girl I don't recommend it. To me this is about the same shade intensity of the "second lightest" colour in a Revlon range.

This foundation isn't light enough for my superpale skin BUT - I adore the full coverage and the texture, and it doesn't break out my oily skin, but the color, while fair, is not comparable to the Superanemic powder, which would make an amazing base color! But anyway, I still use this foundation, I just lighten it up with some old Sephora Artist white base that I have, it makes it a little too thin for my taste, perhaps I should get the Dreamtone White by MP instead. My mom, who is seventy-five years old, tried this foundation to cover an age spot that has been irritating her, and it has been the only thing to cover it up, the coverage is that good. But it doesn't look cakey. so the second time I ordered this, I actually ordered it for her. This is, btw, the only foundation I could get to stay on top of a bad zit that I had a while back (by patting it on, every other foundation slid off of it, it was gross and awful). Yeah, TMI. Well, this should give you way too much information with which to make a purchase decision. Cheers!

This is an okay pale flesh tone foundation but I found it a little greasy. Given the name and brand I found it to be a surprisingly conventional nude shade. At the pale end but still a bit "Barbie skin tone" in color.

I think the paler shades of Revlon 'Colorstay' offer a better texture and come in formulations for dry or oily skin--and actually a slightly paler and cooler tone. So if you really do have pale skin and do not want the "orange face" effect of a foundation that is to dark and warm colored, I would go with Revlon. I have pale Irish skin (natural redhead). This is a really nice quality foundation. Normally liquid foundation kind of highlights and emphasizes the micro dry skin on my face, giving a flaky appearance... this is one of the few that does not do that. It is neutral to pinkish, it could be a little more pink for me though.

I like to mix this with the Manic Panic virgin white foundation as well. I can wear the white on its own, when I add blush I get a doll-like appearance with moonlight and virgin white.

I have combo to oily, sensitive skin. I will try the powders next. Good stuff overall. I use the "ecotools skin perfecting foundation brush", which is my favorite and works well with this foundation.

I decided to buy this foundation despite the other sub-par reviews, because I'm extremely pale and finding foundation that works with my skin is an uphill battle. After trying it out it works great! It matches my skin tone perfectly and like other reviews say it is oily, but my skin is hideously dry and it all other foundations look flakey and spotty on me. If your have dry skin it shouldn't be a problem.

This foundation is great! As a ginger I have a hard time finding foundation light enough for my skin- not only is this light enough but it's also thick enough to cover up my freckles! Get the matching powder to finish it off!

I really enjoy this foundation. It is full coverage, I only applied it once in the morning and it lasted all day. I really like the applicator inside the bottle that makes it easy to apply to a make up sponge. The lightest shades of clinique and many other brands are just a tad too dark for me but the manic panic color was perfect, I do have more of a pink undertone. To get a more pale face or "goth" look you can combine this foundation with a few pumps of "Manic Panic Virgin White Dreamtone Foundation". This is more of just a regular everyday foundation color for naturally pale skin.

I purchased this foundation for myself to wear on my wedding day. I'm naturally very pale and was concerned that it would give my skin a yellowish tone and/or make my face look cakey but the color was nearly perfect once applied. I used a makeup sponge to get better coverage and it made for a flawless application. I followed up the foundation with Manic Panic face powder to seal it. My skin looks great in our wedding photos! I would definitely purchase this product again and most certainly would recommend it.
