Top customer reviews
I own 6 watches the $200-$300 price range. This is the worst one I've ever owned by far.
Several of my watches are 4-5 years old, but after just 1 year this watch looks far worse than the other expensive watches I own.
I've had watches in the sub-$100 price range last longer and look better than this piece of garbage.
When I called Marc Jacobs they didn't lift a finger to help, and told us to call Fossil.
Initially, Fossil said only the mechanical elements would be covered under warranty and I about lost it... Thankfully, we eventually got a hold of a very helpful rep at Fossil and after a little extra prodding/complaining they agreed to replace the case, links, and any discolored/damaged components for $8.
All I know is I'll never buy anything from Marc Jacobs again.
