Lots of Uses and Convenient to Use

I purchased the Master size of the Marcal Deli Paper for use in my natural fiber baskets as liners to prevent soiling the non-washable fibers with crumbs and oils from muffins and chips and for similar use in my plastic serving baskets for sandwiches, burgers, and fries. These deli papers are ideal for that purpose.

I'm finding a lot more uses for these papers than just as basket liners.

They work well for wrapping sandwiches (anyone else remember the old "drugstore wrap" style of wrapping a sandwich?) and packing muffins or other baked items for eating away from home. They are also handy when preparing hamburger patties for the grill or freezer to separate each patty. The same goes for other items going into the freezer or being prepped for the grill such as chops, chicken, or steaks.

A sheet of this paper is handy when sifting flour or powdered sugar. Just sift your ingredient onto the paper, measure out the amount you need for your recipe, then lift the paper to pour the extra back into its container. No mess on the counter, and no extra bowl to wash.

These deli papers are microwave safe, so they work well for reheating items to prevent splatter or crumbs while reheating or cooking. In fact, I keep the pop-up dispenser box on top of my microwave oven so it's easy to grab a sheet out of the box whenever I need one.

If you need to package cookies or brownies for gift giving or for mailing, this paper is a food safe option for both wrapping the items individually and for crumpling up as cushions around the sides of the container.

Feels exactly as expected as far as thickness and seems to be of good quality. At 3 cents a sheet (via prime), seems fair to me. I like this product and will buy again. At 2 cents a sheet would be an easy 5 stars.

*** Update: After using these for awhile I remain very satisfied. Excellent quality and perfect for many uses. I was also impressed at the heat resistance. You can set a fairly warm-to-hot plate on these without any problem. I will buy again. Raising my rating to 5 stars. ***

So handy for covering food in the microwave, keeping the counter clean when mixing ingredients, wrapping sandwiches on the go, a "place setting" for the pet's dish, etc. I took one star away because these sheets are significantly thinner than other brands I’ve used. These still do the job, however sometimes two sheets are needed, when only one sheet did the job with other brands. I can’t find those brands any longer, so these will do for now.

Cannot live without these! These are the best for covering a plate in the microwave as they are large enough to cover a full dinner plate with no waxy residue to worry about. We discovered that if we wrap my husband's large lunch sandwiches in these the bread does not get soggy from the condiments or veggies. I also use them to wrap meat prior to freezing it and placing it in a ziplock bag the meat does not get freezer burn.
I have never received a broken box from this seller and they arrived sooner than promised. I will continue to purchase these.

These are the perfect size sheets to line my cookie sheet and catch loose glitter when I am glittering cups. The glitter slides easily off the sheets back into the jars and I just toss the sheets to avoid cross-color contamination. With 500 sheets to a pack, they really last forever.
