I would like to take this opportunity to say how very unhappy I am with your cage. I purchased a Sara C3 about a month ago. Upon receipt of the box, it was all beat up, not taped, and only held together by to straps. Opening the package up was a even bigger nightmare, I was amazed. It looked like someone just threw the pieces in the box. As I proceeded to put it together, I found pieces missing, pieces scratch, and pieces bent. I order the pieces, which again was thrown in a box and proceed to put the whole thing together. Come to find out I am still missing pieces. Now the cage is even in worse condition. The wheels are sinking into the bottom of the cage, making the whole cage unbalanced. I decided to take the wheels of make it hard to move around for cleaning. Also among broken parts is the littler pan (for the second time) and the little plastic pieces. This is by far the worst made cage ever. I can't believe you sell this kind of product.
On another note, my ferrets don't climb up the tubes; they only stay on the bottom of the cage. I was told by Petco, that ferrets are not climber. Why would your company sell a cage for a animal that has no intention on using.
I feel that the $100.00 I spent on this cage was a total waste of money and I am truly unhappy with your product. Is there anything you can do to make this nightmare better? Please let me know.

I've had this cage for six years. I bought it at Petco, I believe it took me an hour, by myself to snap the wires together and snap the shelves into place. Read morePublished on October 16, 2011 by Mich311
I picked this cage up used, paid fifty bucks, then put about 50 bucks worth of wood into it and came out with a great cage. Really good cage, if you throw out all the plastic hahaPublished on February 27, 2011 by S. Shab
