I started my career in the restaurant business back in 1996. Food and music have always fed and fulfilled my heart and soul, and it is that fulfillment for me to bring mindful awareness of nutrition, love, and joy to all through my devotion and passion to cooking and music.
Another one of my life's passions is bringing to others new and easy ways to add natural healthy alternatives to your cooking that create bursts of flavors in all your foods. I am committed to clean-label transparency and bringing consumers on a journey of self-exploration paired with delicious food discovery. Feeding the heart and soul of others is at the core of who I am.
I love to cook for people, share my passions, and bring comfort and joy to others by lovingly revisiting their most memorable childhood flavors and tastes, in an exploration journey and connection of the heart!
A team of experts and I are proud to present a USDA –OCIA Certified Organic, Certified Earth Kosher, Certified HACCP herb and spice product line, 10 years in the making and developed under a rigorous R&D process. Burst of Flavors to those with allergies and food intolerances.
I have published 3 cookbooks with 100 easy-to-make recipes, including gorgeous color photos. The first two cookbooks are low-carbs and gluten-free, as well as vegan alternatives, and comes chock full of great tips to help you along the way! They are a perfect companion to the herbs and spices collection. The third one, my latest is about the best family cakes and desserts. Enjoy them all!
Creating these cookbooks was a journey back in time for me, fondly remembering the wonderful times spent cooking with my beloved grandma in her kitchen! My unwavering and heartfelt commitment to bringing the message of home cooking with essentials to your doorstep is demonstrated by my deep love and passion for continuing education and teaching others. Join me in bringing back the joy of cooking with our loved ones, connecting to share a lifetime of memorable moments.
We all have a personal relationship with food. In my quest to expand the mission, I have also specialized in holistic cuisine, an energetic cuisine, with particular reference to allergens, diets and dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances. With the new Reiki approach to nutrition, the alternatives it offers can provide many health benefits for people. When cooking, I send Reiki to food and drinks before consuming to clear away all energies and food chain historic to empower your meals to work only for your highest good.
Today, I pursue are personal development in Reiki Usui energy work as a healer and instructor, and as a self-development practices author and a speaker. Thus, my messages of integration daily through positive affirmations are supported by the creation of soothing piano and music.
A discography set of seven piano albums, "the language of the heart", accompanying music to people for moments of relaxation and meditation. Touching people's hearts, one heart at a time. Marie-Dominique Rail, also named Chef Marie, born in Montreal Q Canada in 1982 from French Canadian parents, discovered her love for cooking and baking on the kitchen stool of her grandmother Jano’s kitchen, who cooked for Priests of the St-Viator Congregation, back in 1986. Her passion for cooking quickly led her to create dessert recipes and baked goods that she was selling on the sidewalk at the age of 6. Entrepreneur and dynamic personality, Marie began her career in cooking at the age of 16 and graduated from the ITHQ, an international reputed culinary school in Montreal QC Canada, (namely Institut de Tourisme et du Québec) in 2003 while her chef and mentor Jean-Paul Grappe was on board. For occupying the position of garde-manger to executive chef in Montreal’s restaurants, she embarked on an innovative journey of high-end home chef services in 2009 namely MCHEF®. 10 years later, Chef Marie has developed a range of allergen-free herbs and spices, certified organic, certified kosher, certified HACCP (food service grade certification)
She is behind the Instagram account @mchefspices @reikichefmarie, in which she shares her recipes, her inspirations of the moment, and of course, her stuff in the kitchen.
