Ian Lurie is a digital marketing consultant in Seattle, WA. He has a twenty-five-year intolerance of trendy concepts and nonsense.
Previously, Ian was CEO at Portent, a digital marketing agency he founded in 1995. He sold it to Clearlink in 2017. He’s now on his own, consulting for brands he loves and speaking at conferences that provide Diet Coke. He’s also trying to become a professional Dungeons & Dragons player, but it hasn’t panned out.
He’s written three books about marketing, and has sold over 20 copies.
You can find him pedaling his bike up Seattle’s ridiculous hills, send him a note on Twitter (@ianlurie), or reach out on LinkedIn ( [https://www.linkedin.com/in/ianlurie/](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ianlurie/) ).

Elizabeth is a Seattle native working as the Senior Director of Strategic Marketplace Services for Tinuiti in Seattle, WA. She is well versed in Google AdWords, Google Shopping, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Advertising, Walmart Advertising, Retail Media Networks, Facebook and a few other platforms. She is formerly the Senior Director of eCommerce Growth Services at CommerceHub and Vice-President of Search at Portent, Inc., overseeing the PPC, SEO, Social Media and Analytics departments.
A graduate of the University of WA with a BA in English Lit, she is a co-Author of All In One Internet Marketing Reference for Dummies through Wiley Publishing 2009 and 2012, specifically, book 4 out of 8.
Elizabeth firmly believes that anyone can learn how to do pay per click marketing, as she started out thinking it was called "pay-per-clip" marketing back in 2006.
