Kathryn gives the writer place after placewhere they can advertise their book for free. Free is good.

I've read countless other guides to try tofigure out how to market my books, but they either gave incomplete informationor they were confusing. This short book is loaded with helpful information thatanybody can use.
I highly recommend this book to the newauthor and anyone needing a quick update on book marketing.

I didn't expect a lot [from this book],because there are quite a few of these books already in circulation. Most ofthem basically say the same thing and most of them claim that they have thesecret to success contained within. Kathryn's book doesn't do that. Instead, itoffers a breakdown of low-budget marketing options for authors to try in aneasy-to-read format...
I have to say that I was skeptical aboutbuying yet another book on marketing but I'm glad I purchased "MarketingYour Book On A Budget" by Kathryn Elizabeth Jones. The book is short butit gets right to the point: today's authors are competing in a tough market andan effective marketing strategy is crucial.
Not only are there a multitude of great ideasto use, there are a number of resources listed that the reader may not be awareof. This is so much better than some of the other books out there that tell youto find out where your readers are, but don't give you a clue where to startlooking.
