The only reason I am giving this book (which I co-authored) three stars is because McGraw-Hill took my name off the cover (I have the artworkto prove it) when Tom and I had a falling out. I like Tom. We have reconciled. However, I deserve credit. I ghost wrote this book in its entirety, using Tom's ideas, of course. It was a fun project and I was extremely upset when Tom had my name removed. The cover originally read: by Tom Feltenstein with Don Cohen. I have ghost written or edited several of Tom's books with no understanding that I would be credited. However, Tom and McGraw-Hill were under contractual obligations and both breached the contract. I was stunned that a respected publisher would stoop so low and I urge readers to take note that McGraw-Hill's business division does not adhere to acceptable standards.At this point, we are way beyond the statute of limitations. However, I hope that in a future edition, Mr. Feltenstein and his renegade publisher will give me due credit. I will remove this review once I am satisfied this has been done.
