Warmth (comfortable in a longsleeve tshirt in 30 degrees F and I'm a bit of a weeny about the cold)
Soft lining, comfortable against your chin/neck when all zipped up
Fleece cuffs keep the arms from being drafty
Reasonable (for me, 5'2") sleeve length
Cute enough for a warm coat
Lined pockets are cozy
Outside pockets only have a snap, so if you want to secure your items, everything have to fit in the one onside zipper pocket
Concerned about the waterproofing - wore it out in wet snow today and although it didn't soak through, the outside layer definitely soaked up some water especially on the sleeves
+/- the zipper, it's not really any worse than any other two way zipper I've used. Occasionally it doesn't line up correctly and takes a minute to readjust
