Where the heck is this book? I read about it's supposed existence (or I should say, it's coming publication) over a year ago. The release date was set, then.......nothing. I believe Kitchen Sink was going to publish it, but there is no news anywhere to be had on what happened and when (or I should say IF) it will ever actually be published. I loved these books as a young adult in the 90's and I was really looking forward to this omnibus addition. But alas, we may never see it.
