Marvell Ranch was task to look after the ranch and Cody want his brothers to buy it. When Cody see light on at the ranch he goes to investigate and find Murphy staying there. He Tanner her from high school and the crush he had on her. Can he had on her or will same new happen? Great story.
There were a few word incidents (wrong, missing, or extra words), but this is an enjoyable book and quite a lovely story.

Murphy has no intention of letting that crush resurface or of even being nice to Cody but when she finds she needs his help she gets to know the real him; not the one she thought she knew. He really is the nice guy everyone else knows not the spoiled, rich guy who looked down on Murphy and her poverty stricken and emotionally stunted father.
Cody, a commitment phone is at a crossroads in his life but has to start accepting his emerging feelings for Murphy while she struggles with her demons. Will they find more than a holiday romance or will their tangled past cast too strong a shadow. Can Murphy leave her secure, perfect seeming life in Missoula to be near Cody or is she too like her father, Greeley?
An enjoyable read for those who like a Christmas romance.
