What is ST4?
Stop Take Time To Think
The ST4 method developed by Dr. Raun Melmed is an acronym, a reminder, and a powerful technique!
This technique teaches children to be mindful and observe their surroundings. It's a great way to teach children to think ahead about their actions in a way that is fun. The clinical underpinnings for this technique come directly from Dr. Melmed's practice as a behavioral pediatrician.
"Marvin's Monster Diary ADHD Attacks has recently been added to my arsenal. It has been a terrific tool for my younger clients as it has helped them open up about their own struggles with ADHD. The book has given them new skills and tools to cope with their challenges...Thank you so much for this simple and fun book that both coaches and parents can use effectively with their respective clients or children."
