I have really enjoyed this cookbook, I was also fortunate enough to be able to enjoy the real deal when Roosters was still open in Greensboro. I highly recommend this cookbook and I am very happy it is now part of my collection. The Mexican Cornbread Lasagna and Won ton Crisps are fabulous!
