Tried them all and this works best for me. I'm a diver and a fogged up mask will ruin a dive. I use alot of it. I probably don't have too but I'm not taking a chance on a fogging mask ruin my day when I've already loaded all my gear, put gas in the boat and drove to the lake. I wet my mask and then put a quarter size amount or more on each lens and rub it in. I then let it set, and then put all my dive gear on ( which for me can take several minutes) and then get in the water and rinse the mask a couple of times and go diving. This method has never let me down. I dive for usually 5 or 6 hrs. each trip and I never re-apply. One thing though is if you don't completely rinse it all out and I mean every bit it will burn your eyes. I've done this on several occasions (which is my fault) and it has burned my eyes on up in the night. It's not unbearable but it does burn. Probably a rambling review on my part but maybe it will help.

I use 500 psi for Freediving and Spearfishing in Southern California. Water temps 55 - 75 degrees.

I clean the mask with filtered drinking water, dry with a towel using fingers, then apply a dab of the gel to my finger and use it to smear a good gel coat on the inside of my mask. Then let it sit for a short time while I prep my gear. Then I use a small amount of filtered water to clean the gel off the inside glass by very lightly swishing the water around and use my finger if necessary. Swishing the water takes most of the buildup away unless you used too much. Leave the inside of the mask wet until you put it on.

Works for me almost all the time. I have had the mask fog a few times but that could be my fault. Keep it on you in a small pouch or bag...you CAN re-apply in the water using the same method. Just make sure to rinse after applying otherwise the evaporating may sting the eyes when you put the mask back on.

The little bottle will last quite a long time. You use a very very small amount each time. This will last you at least an entire season unless you really overkill the amount used each time.

I have not tried this in the pool. If I do I'll update.

This review is for the 500 psi Mask Defogger

We used this almost daily while snorkeling in the Caribbean and it does the job! One 2 oz bottle will last two people a long time if you use just a little each time. We never had any fogging while using the 500 psi. It's a must have if you are diving or snorkeling!

Product worked as described. I have used many other defogger's and this product seemed to last longer and not sting the eyes if some were to get in them. I have shared this product with other people that I dive with and they all fall in love with it. Definitely a must have in any dive bag.

This is the best defog I've ever used and I been diving for 16 years. I use a quite a bit of it per dive, and I think that really helps. I've not had much luck with skimping. The more the merrier for me.

I've been using this stuff for over 30 years and nothing, and I mean nothing else I've tried even comes close. Keeps my mask fog free even with continual nasal exhale.

I tried quite a few antifog solutions and this is by far the best product.
I borrowed a drop from a friend once and got hooked.
I live in Europe and find it unfortunate that purchasing here is so difficult, perhaps the free trade zone will help us here in the future :-)

I've used this stuff for years with mixed results. Even though I apply it same as I always do, sometimes my mask fogs up and sometimes it doesn't. One of the guys on my last dive trip had a bottle of spray on defogger that was easier to apply, much less messy and worked great! So I plan to switch. Problem is, I can't remember the name of the stuff. When I find out, I'll post it back here.
