Good product, durability may be an issue

This is a good product for relieving localized pain or discomfort with it's combined laser, heat and vibration functions. I also enjoyed using it as a laser accupressure device. Unfortunately, however, it is not made to last.
I first purchased two of the laser devices in November 2019. Within 2 weeks of using them, one of the devices would no longer turn on. I reached out to the company (which claims a full one year warranty) and they instructed me to return the device through Amazon. I did so and received two new laser devices. Roughly 8 weeks later one of the new laser devices no longer works. I again reached out to the company twice and they have ignored me.
It really is a nice device, but is not worth anywhere near what they charge for it and it simply doesn't last.

Edit: The company contacted me and was very apologetic for missing my emails and has offered to send two new units. They seem like good people and I will update this review further in the following weeks. Hopefully I just happened to get a number of somewhat defective devices and this is not a universal issue. The device certainly is convenient and effective.

Initial claims of this product was very exciting. I have a lot of pain in arms, wrists and neck from being on the computer 8 hours a day. After reading the instructions, I learned the product life expectancy is only one year. This is a lot of money for a product that only lasts a year according to the manufacturer. Disappointing, returned before even trying out the product.
Note to company, consider improving the quality of product so it lasts for many years to come.

My wife has a history of back and knee problems and recently gave birth to our child which hasn’t helped. I heard good things about this product and so I thought it would be a nice surprise to get her for Christmas. The thing is her knee isn’t what it used to be and she feels concerned about it and doesn’t feel like herself anymore. We’ve seen chiropractors, and tried acupuncture but nothing’s worked, so what could go wrong with this? Luckily this story has a happy ending, or rather next chapter. This product has accomplished what it set out to, not only is it slowly improving her joint pain but I’ve seen a transformation into a more confident wife the likes of which I haven’t seen in years. I’m so glad I made this purchase and took the plunge on a product that isn’t widely known about. I recommend it to anyone struggling with back or joint pain. May our story echo yours and continue the happiness. 5/5 stars.

Great for previous injuries

This cold laser device is worth saving up for. Playing volleyball and basketball through high school and having many injuries took its toll on my body. I have been having pain ever since stopping sports, and I thought it would eventually go away. As I realized, playing sports can lead to many pains afterward's and this little device is a must- have to help relieve the pain. I get knee pain constantly after I do a workout or run. (The reason for this is mostly because I bent my left knee back 3 times during my career). After the gym, I come home and put on place both IASO’s on my knees to experience relief. IASO worked its magic and within a couple days I was feeling the difference. I am so thankful for modern medicine and cold laser. Gone are the days of taking Advil to suppress my prior injury pain! Highly recommend for any of you who have played sports and are feeling the effects years later

Just wanted to write a little THANK YOU! I have been using this cold laser therapy machine for a couple weeks now so just wanted to write this since I am clear on the amount of relief now. This might sound odd but I use this on the bottoms of my feet EVERYDAY. I never thought my pain would decrease with anything but it has! I used to try heat and ice but nothing seemed to work and I was so frustrated.

I have muscle knots on my shoulder and back which sometimes makes my arms get pins and needles feeling. After using these discs with the “red lights” and vibration, it loosens the knots and I don’t get the pins and needles feeling anymore. It has a charging stand, a wrist holder and a “cup-like” holder for traveling. You can also charge it via micro-usb cable. I take it to work when I feel my muscles tighten on my shoulders. I had gotten 2 of these on sale. Worth every penny!

I like how you can apply it almost anywhere and have found it particularly useful for my neck and shoulders. My husband also suffers from painful knees and said he could feel an improvement as well. Bought as a Christmas present for my parents, particularly my mom’s knee and dads hip. Highly disappointed that it didn’t come with the adhesives as promised. Pretty crucial to have adhesives when using on those locations. Will have to find them now. Will see if it provides positive results with the LLLT/pain relief in the future.
