I have been blocked in my weight loss and I'm feeling heavy and lethargic, so it seems that I might lose 2 stones with one book, (sorry couldn't help that).
It is as well written, clear, concise and reasonable as all her other books, which I heartily recommend.
So, if you care about your body, isn't it time to give it a good clean out?
At the end it has a frequently asked questions with answers. I don't recall seeing it mentioned but always check with a physician before trying anything new dietary wise.
