I'm not new to the Instant Pot, I've been using mine for 15 months now and know my way around it, and I can't wait to try many of their recipes. I'm also a fan of their blog and happy to see that they've partnered up officially both on the blog and to create this beautifully put together cookbook. I can tell it will get heavy useage, and I'm already planning to buy a copy for my mother and my brother, who I gave Instant Pots to for Christmas last year!
Only downside is the paragraph that introduces each recipe. It's typed in light gray. On a white background. Very hard to read. Hopefully reprints will include this in a darker color or the same as the rest of the writing on each page. Otherwise an outstanding cookbook to add to an Instant Pot (or other electric pressure cooker) cooker's library
I'm slowly making my way through the book and have been very pleased with the way the food tastes. The first thing I cooked was on page 97...Sun Dried Tomato and Feta Turkey Burgers..over the top good and my wife gave it two thumbs up!
I can't wait for book 2 Buy it and feel the love
These talented young women have produced a terrific guide to using your pressure cooker from soup to entree to dessert. Worth every penny and it makes a great gift -- especially if you also gift the pressure cooker!
