From the Author

Dear Reader,
What happens when twenty-seven romance authors put their heads together on one big series? Well, apart from the naked pillow fights (I can't even tell you how much I'm kidding!)... we came up with Eden, an island in the Bermuda triangle where anything and everything goes! I think you'll enjoy reading all of the books in this series, which will be released from April through December of 2014. How do I know? Well... funny thing... but the island always knows what you need!
Happy reading!
Lauren Hawkeye

A great beginning for the magical love story!

(This story is a prequel, and continues in the next book.)

Having read the complete story (this book as well as Master of Pleasure), I was definitely pulled in right away!

Getting to know Theo and his history made him very endearing. He definitely has demons that he must deal with, and I was eager to find out if Theo would finally be able to achieve this goal, and if he would ever find his mystery woman.

it is fully disclosed that this is not a complete story. One of the series I am reading had a novel take place on the mysterious island (which sounds a bit like Lost minus the smoke monster and others). This short story gives just a glimpse into the founding of the resort. It does appear that most of the books to be released are part of various series so I don't think I will be picking any more up.

This is the introduction to the Invitation to Eden series. Meeting this brilliant, damaged man promises that this series will be like no other we have read before.

An island in the Bermuda Triangle, where the rich and famous can come by invitation only to fulfill their wishes in a resort built out of the masters own dreams. How does that sound? And there is only one way to get to the island ... a plane piloted for Joely, a young, sassy, independent woman. Now this story will leave you wanting more, after all it is the introduction to the series where a group of fantastic authors will offer their unique stories. Well, I love all the stories so far... but I am dying to know more about the master. I am eagerly awaiting for Lauren Hawkeye's unique master's story to have its day in the sun.

I have to say for a free item this not only made me want to buy the coming sets but also want them NOW!! It was very well written with great mental graphics to transport you to the island and want to know just how these two people are connected. I would say this story line will be great as long as the artist follows the same style in writing.

A prequel for all intents and purposes serves to give us, the readers, a brief look at things to come. Normally I would frown on a prequel being released independently from the book. That’s not the case here. Master of the Island gives us an all too brief look at the fantastic things to come. Theo is broken and beat down when he is flown by the irreverent but likeable Joely to his private island in the Bermuda Triangle. However, little did he know that what began as a place for him to hide from the world would become so much more. One night. That’s all it took for the island to show him what his purpose there. It will take a strong woman to handle all the pain and suffering contained in Theo and we get but a brief glimpse of her. It’s enough of a glimpse though, to know that this woman, when she does finally make an appearance with be someone special. Hawkeye did a phenomenal job in giving us just enough to completely captivate is and leave us craving more Eden. I know I, for one, was utterly hooked.

A tantalizing introduction to a promising series! I'm dying to finish Theo's story and can't wait for THE MASTER OF PLEASURE!!

(I have a feeling that the Invitation to Eden stories will become quite an addiction!)

What a great little novella to provoke interest. This is is written in a way that makes you want more but not feel like the author slighted you in any way. We are introduced to Theo who has been permanently scarred (we never find out how). We do learn however that he enjoys the dom sub power exchange. We are also introduced to his pilot who is connected to him in a way that has not yet been revealed. A fun thing is that it is set in the Bermuda Triangle which has always fascinated me. I cannot wait to move to the next book so that I can learn more about this mysterious man!

I wasn't sure at first about this series since Mr. V seems to have a never ending pity party for himself. But Joley, now she reminds me of myself and I do believe Mr. V has met his match. I love that she doesn't treat him differently. I'm off to find the next book.

My only complaint is, it's difficult to find the books in order. I'm not sure which order to read them in.
