First, Master Lock is a great and trusted product/brand. Been using them for years and will continue to do so. That said, this gets a low review for two reasons:1> Waiting three weeks to receive the locks seems excessive.2> The box received was labeled to match the product ordered - 175EC2 (which has a one-inch shank). However, while playing with Knox wearing Xmas sox, we opened the box to find the wrong locks. The locks received were product 175DLH (which has a two-inch shank). I ordered the one-inch for a specific purpose requiring a shorter shackle clearance. While i cannot use these as originally intended, Master Lock locks have never failed me. These will be gifted to Friends who can use a great lock and the shackle clearance or shank length doesn't matter. I will simply visit the local Hardware Store for a few minutes this weekend to get the correct lock.
