However, what really worries me about this book is that there are TONS of spelling and grammar mistakes. It seems like the editors should have proofread a bit more. Sure, that doesn't seem like a big deal - however it certainly makes me rethink how accurate the substantive information is. It is just as easy to leave out a 'not' from a rule as it is to spell longer 'loner' and fail to correct it. See P. 467. Obviously, one of those will be more detrimental to your understanding of the subject.
Accordingly, I suggest using this book as a supplement to a decent understanding of civil procedure, and not a complete guide after not paying attention all semester. If that is what you are looking for, Glannon's E & E is what you need.
