Nothing seems to go right for Charlotte. She just seems to be one of victims of always showing up at the wrong place at the wrong time making her life complicated. I loved this book and wanting as thing being to get worse for Charlotte. I just kept wondering what was going to happen next. While reading this I couldn't help but make my own assumptions and guesses while I was reading this. I loved all the characters. This book kept me interested until the very end.
This book is a well written, humorous, and a fun mystery. I enjoyed the book and think you lovely readers would be interesting in taking up reading this book! Highly Recommend.
Charlotte Ross travels to Argentina with the excuse of taking art classes while she's really in search of her fiancé. She finds him, but in the process she finds out the people in her class aren't all they say they are - neither is her fiancé. Charlotte has a penchant for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and when she finds a body, she becomes the main suspect. The Argentine police take her passport and she's stuck in the middle of a murder mystery with not many ways out.
I really appreciated this character because I felt like she reacted to a lot of situations the way many of us would, which made her real to me. I found myself pulling for her each time she reached a bump in the road, and there were many bumps.
Evelyn Cullet provided entertainment, a good mystery and a little humor in this story. I highly recommend it to readers looking for any of these elements in a mystery, and I'll be watching for more from this author.
