The juicer works really good. Doesn't get all the juice out of the vegetables. I didn't receive the tamper to push the food down inside. Contacted the company. Still have not received a reply or the tamper. A couple of the black pieces can not be soaked in water. Water seeps into them and it's hard to get out and dry.

Very nice juicer that gets the job done

This juicer is very easy to clean. Just use a small brush to clean the strainer and you’re good to go! It doesn’t make a lot of noise like other juicers I have. The veggies fed through easily. When finished I simply detached one piece, wash and rinse and it’s that simple. I love my juicer!
