Nice Triple Display Adapter - But Doesn't work anymore since Win10

Purchased this several months ago for a flight simulator cockpit using three 24inch monitors. Work's great. With a little tweaking of settings it does everything as advertised. Every so often when rebooting the computer the picture is all jacked up. Simply unplug and then plug the USB connector. This seems to reset the box and all is well again.

+++ Update now that Win10 is out. Simply put, this doesn't work anymore. I used Win7 Ultimate and everything was mostly fine. Upgraded to Win10 Pro and now the GFM program required to configure the Triplehead2Go resets the USB connection every 15 seconds or so, which changes the display. My old 5760 x 1080 resolution is gone and not even selectable. Additionally, windows move from one screen to another, get reduced to the size of a cigarette box, freeze... etc. On Nov 30 Matrox put out a Win10 64bit driver. I guess Win10 caught them by surprise? It is even worse than the old driver because it constantly crashes showing C+++ errors resulting in GFM not working at all anymore.

Have reported this to Matrox and support has been silent. Not even a reply from them acknowledging receipt.

Would have been 5 stars except for one thing. Install was easy but setting it up to work was bad. Directions and matrox website does not explain to well how to get it working on all 3 screens. Took a phone call to them to get it right. Now that its up and running....well...its just awesome!!!! If you want a 3 monitor experience and have alittle patience to get through the initial setup it is well worth the money.

The TripleHead2Go is a pretty awesome and cost effective entrance into screen mapping! It lacks some fine control - such as being able to scale per screen on a Mac (The DataPath is a lot better at this) - however, if you're just looking to get more screens at your desk - this is perfect! My only other gripe is that their Customer Service is very hard to get a hold of.

Does what I hoped it would, let me hook up three more monitors to my video card that typically only allows 3 monitors, so now I have a total of 5 hooked up. It worked right out of the box, great, if a little expensive, product if you need/want some more screens than your video card allows

I would not recommend this product to anyone. First of all, I bought this product in March and from the moment I opened the box I have had problems. I started trying to set up this device with my 3 monitors, hence the name "TripleHead2GO" but in the process found that in order to receive even a somewhat decent picture quality I had to completely remove one of the monitors because the "TRIPLEHead2Go" was unable to properly distribute a higher quality resolution. After about 8 hrs of terrible confusion, chaos and terrible customer service I gave up and accepted the fact that I could only use 2 monitors. Here we are 4 months down the road and this $300 piece of metal decides that it's going to start distorting my images, throwing lines and black dots on my monitors, severely overheating my $2000 Mac forcing me to go out and spend even more money toward purchasing an external fan to try to keep my computer cool but in the end my amazing computer and internal graphics card were no match for the destructive power of this computer destroyer. The TripleHead2Go destroyed my Mac. Now I have to replace my graphics card in my Mac and my 3 beautiful monitors are useless. AND the sliver of hope in my one final question to this company was, "May I return the product that destroyed my computer for just a measly refund of the $300 and their reply"......."Unfortunately, this has exceeded our 30 days return warranty however you can contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement." I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT THAT RUINS THE THING IT IS SUPPOSED TO ENHANCE. I merely want a refund and I will assume responsibility for other costs to my belongings. Be weary possible consumers. If you love your electronic device, allow no MATROX products near them, or at least know you will have no customer support when your product decides to destroy your dearly beloved computer.
