Back to uTube, when I first heard him doing slide and singing "Simple Truths" I was covered with goose bumps with near tears welling up in my eyes, very emotional tune for me. Again, I love the guy, but this particular lesson collection is very technical & I have never been exposed to Theory and theres a lot of this in the collection. I play by ear, use a little TAB in a jam & watch different artist's lessons. That about sums it up. All this is not saying it won't work for you though....give it a try yourself and see?....Love Ya Matt!
One of the best books I have ever bought Guitar Chop Shop ( 2ce, my orig. was tossed by my cleaning lady ) for Guitar theory & instruction. And to be honest I never used the Audio Cd.
