A Navy veteran, Matthew had the distinct pleasure of serving in the Reagan White House for the President and First Lady; now with three decades as a street cop and organizational leader under his belt, he has seen it all!
He worked several years in the State of Oregon as a Police Officer and supervisor as the robbery/homicide Sergeant with more than 125 death investigations under his belt.
Today, Matthew is a senior organizational leader that has been called The Accountability Cop for his ability to cut out the emotional attachment that employees and leaders often fall prey to.
Matthew has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Master's Degree in Organizational Management. A member of the National Speakers Association and Global Federation of Speakers, Matthew has presented to audiences across the U.S., in Europe and the South Pacific.
What sets Matthew apart is his genuine, down to earth, common sense approach to life, business and the ability to keep emotions out of how you run your organization.
Matthew resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife Beth and two Labradors and a grumpy cat!
