My wife throws all kinds of stuff in the crock pot, cooks it overnight, then puts it in the little 8" by 3" aluminum bread pans. (97 cents for three at WalMart!)
She freezes them, then I take three or four on the truck with me in the fridge. When I want one, I simply take it out, put it in the stove and about 30 to 40 minutes later I have a hot, steaming lunch or dinner!
I have lost over 35 pounds in the past four months, this is one of the tools I am using to do it! I have had it for over a month now and have to say it helps keep me out of the fast food joints and eating really healthy!
