The Rollypoly is MAXPEDITION's licensed adaptation of the elegant MM Folding Dump Pouch design. Precisely sized to hold seven thirty round magazines, stacked either vertically or horizontally, it also functions as a dump pouch for shotgun shells, or pistol magazines. Alternatively, the Rollypoly is a multi-purpose utility pouch suitable for evidence collection or general storage. It has snag-free elastic shock cord closures that pull from the posterior side of the bag. A velcro flap which maintains the pouch in its folded position, doubles as a lid or can be concealed completely within the bag.

Ours are mounted on the sides of our packs, low, so that when open you can reach directly into the pouch without fussing with the pack.
This is a Swiss Army sort of pouch. Useful for all kinds of things you wouldn't think of until you have the need. Anyone who hikes or camps will find uses for it constantly.
One reminder applicable to the dump pouch concept, no matter what the brand: With any MOLLE-mounted dump pouch, you will have to remove the pouch to carry it full or conveniently dump it. Leave it mounted on your pack and you have 3 options: empty it an item or handful at a time, turn the pouch inside out to empty it, or turn your pack upside down. Yikes! Obviously not an issue if you're using it to carry a water bottle or something.
I used Blackhawk! 3" Speed Clips to mount mine.
Just purchased a second one of these because I liked the 'dump' capacity of my first purchase - one I have attached to my range bag, the other to my long gun weapon's pack.
Now you have a super sturdy nylon pouch that can hold 8 AR mags, providing 190 cu. in of storage space.
This is perfect for a day of shooting because as well all know, NEVER put an empty mag back in your tac vest!
Between this, the Mini, and the RollyPolly Backpack Maxpedition has created an amazing assortment of compressible, expandable stuff, and tough as heck. Maybe a smidge pricey, but it's pretty much bombproof.
