Review
"The Mayan Factor teaches us how to connect directly, sensuously, and electromagnetically with the Galactic Synchronization Beam, a time wave that is now triggering a new phase of galactic evolution. Since 1987, we have been exploring the galaxy with our minds, and The Mayan Factor is an essential guide." ― Barbara Hand Clow, author of The Pleiadian Agenda
"The Mayan Factor opened up a new audience for the understanding of cyclical time, as opposed to linear time. This is a perspective that we desperately need today. This book serves as a point of entry into a new cosmic consciousness." ― Frank Waters

--National Examiner
“Argüelles's book--brilliantly conceived, meticulously researched, and eloquently reported--is a watershed explication of the myth, science, and mathematical prophecy of the enigmatic Maya of Central America, the “Diviners of Harmony.” Argüelles is a major visionary with his feet planted firmly on the ground and for this radical and pioneering interpretation of Mayan tradition, he deserves a wide readership.”
--East West Natural Health

This is not a book for the faint of heart...it is intriguing in that it presents concepts and ideas the reader may never have ever considered. It is slightly psychedelic. It is the work of a dreamer, but one experiences the sense that the author is in touch with something real, something powerful...and something that may very well be impossible to describe in words. If you like the idea that there is more to this life than life and death...that there is a greater consciousness at work in our universe...then read this book. It will spur some things within you that you may not have realized existed,

Very informative, insightful, and dynamic. The Mayan Factor leaves no holes barred. The awesome connectivity of information that the author provides concerning galactic time and our role in the universe alone is worth checking out.

I've done many mind-altering drugs in my life. I will say that this book was more powerful than all of those. I had to put it down about halfway through to take a break and I haven't picked it back up yet. Extremely interesting although parts of it get too dry and mathematical / very confusing / patterns which I fail to understand.... but those other parts.. oh my god! mind blowing!

A lot of technical information to absorb. Not an "easy read" but very interesting.

Bought for research

I bought this for research purposes and was I ever disappointed. I'd read a book about the Mayans that was really interesting and thought from the description that this was the way forward. Boy was I wrong, I think it must have been written by some professor who doesn't have a clue about laymen who don't speak his language. I manged to get about two thirds of the way through it (which was bloody hard work) and had to give up, to be honest I didn't have a clue what he was trying to say about who or what!
