Susan B. James deftly weaves a tale of romance, time travel and history. What makes this story stand out is that James does not take us back to 1988 for a do over. As Jen and Lance try to straighten their timelines out, they are both well into their fifties when they journey forward to 2005. The combination of a love that has never died and a historical backdrop from the not too distant past will capture listeners' attention and make them hope that maybe this time, Lance and Jen will get it right. From the Author
To my fellow readers who enjoy second chances and time travel spiced with a bit of humor and geekiness. I may not know you yet, but I believe we are kindred spirits.
After I wrote Time and Forever, I decided I wanted to know what happened to Jeremy's sister Jen. I knew that she'd been married three times. It says so in Time and Forever's epilogue.
But my writer's imagination is an odd duck. Until my fingers made contact between my brain and the keyboard I had no idea that her third marriage would be to her first husband. And Jen and Lance took me on a wild ride to get to that point. I hope you enjoy finding out how it happened.
