I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a boost or ... a Cure for What Ails You! Well worth the read.

I also loved Jerelyn Craden's novel, "Vessie Flamingo Outshining the Moon" when I read it a couple of years ago. I recommend it to my friends..a fun story with many laugh out loud moments.
It was a happy discovery to come upon this new compilation of short stories that she penned as Maybelle Morton. On a side note, for me I also liked that it was short stories because sometimes when I'm busy, it's fun to just read one or two. Great stories Ms. Craden, keep up the good work. RM
