1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, about 1/4 cup of this seasoning. 6 huge turkey legs. Mix and Marinade for an hour. Place in foil wrap and grill on low for 3 hours. Amazing flavour, everyone love them.
I can't understand why these two person say it has no taste, absolutly not true.
However, "activate" it in a liquid and then apply it as a marinade and it's delicious. Our favorite: as a sauce for a side of salmon. 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of olive oil, some wine vinegar, and this seasoning - then pour over the salmon and let it marinate for 30 minutes before baking, 25 minutes at 400 degrees. We probably got 10 to 15 sides of salmon from the first container of this spice.
For doing ribs I would recommend accenting with a little brown sugar.
The maple and smoke flavor comes across very nice without being too much or tasting like imitation type seasonings.
McCormick does it again with a great product!
Also, a bottle of this lasts forever and doesn't go bad. Buy it in bulk! If you love steak, you won't regret it.
Get it! it will change the way you eat.

I used this to make kabobs, and they turned out nice. I tossed them in a Ziploc bag to marinate that morning, and then on the grill after work that afternoon. Read morePublished 7 days ago by Myra Binnicker
