Important information
Contents of bottles are under pressure and can overflow or explode. Keep refrigerated (40-50 degrees F) until ready to serve and not longer than 7-8 days after brewing process is completed. Plastic bottles are highly recommended for bottling homemade root beer. They are easily checked during fermentation to determine the firmness of the bottle. We recommend that you not use glass bottles. Check plastic bottles periodically for pressure during fermentation. Those which show firmness indicate complete carbonation. This product is labelled to United States standards and may differ from similar products sold elsewhere in its ingredients, labeling and allergen warnings

Some Walmart super centers sell this at a little cheaper price, but at this time of year (Christmas), the one near me seems to have replaced it with extra extracts for holiday baking, so Amazon was the next best thing. Now I have enough to last me till July. ☺
Pour two c. sweetener (I use Splenda) into one-gallon pitcher and add a little water to dissolve it.
Microwave 3 c. Water to a boil.
Add 4 tsp. McCormick Root Beer Concentrate and stir.
Pour into pitcher, and add water to fill the pitcher.
Mix well. Refrigerate.
