I'm following the method described in this book for seven weeks now. I lost 10 kg, I am strong and I feel great. I will soon need to increase my calorie intake, to stop weight loss.

I go to the gym twice a week. I work 40 minutes with weights, and 16 minutes on the x-trainer. Legs and abdomen on one occasion, upper body the next. It costs me three hours a week, including shower and getting changed. The diet was difficult at first, but I got used to it by the second week. Keeping track of calories helps, and so does the confidence, that you do the right thing.

I don't like jogging or cycling, and sports generally don't entertain me at all. Plus I like good food, and this combination leads to a weight problem, and a fitness problem. So when I decide to do something about it, I'd like to know, that I'm doing it right, and my efforts are not wasted. I also want to be sure I'm giving my body everything it needs, and my diet does not jeopardize my health. For these reasons, this is the best book I have bought in a long time. I can only recommend it to anyone with a weight problem.

Well written and informative. This puts a whole new twist on freedom to choose what you eat as long as you are conscious of what you are doing. Shows that all food can be part of a calorie controlled diet and puts the onus back onto the individual - as opposed to blaming food in general for weight gain and fast food in particular. Really an eye opener!

I started to read this book at first out of intrigue wanting to know how this person didn't kill themselves eating only fast food for 30 days! I had seen the movie "Supersize me" and was not surprized at that guy's blood test & physical results 30 days after eating only fast food. But of course its all about what you eat, not necessarily where you eat.
The author sticks to the facts in this book, showing you how to follow an easy to use plan of action for immediate weightloss and increased strength & stamina.
There are many tips throughout the book shared in a humorous way at times and very clearly shown photos of every exercise mentioned. No guessing. I lost weight in just a few days using only one of his tips shared.
I would highly recommend this book for the beginner, intermediate or advanced as it is relevant to all.
