No tail like in the movie and one horn is like half as long as the other, which is annoying. It looks similar on the box, which I noticed because almost returned it assuming it to be defective, that's how bad it was. He will still go nice with my other Krampus figures and the non pose isn't an issue, because of how his arm is out, he is able to hold Gryla and they look so cute together, I made her as no one else is.
