After reading review for the Mcbazel Arcade Game VGA RBGS RGBSHV to HDMI Game Video Output Converter and the Mcbazel Arcade Game RGB/CGA/EGA to VGA HD Game Video Output Converter, I decided to get both - hoping one would work. Niether did.

Of the two cards, the video out from this one was completely useless. Artifacts and missing lines. I rewired it twice, and tried the connection on two different PCBs, using two different JAMMA harnesses. The video out looked the same on every test. This card was unable to convert RGBSHV to anything useful.

I've returned both converters and am going a different route. From all the poor reviews of these boards I do not recommend this produce.

Orignially I gave a low score based on what the converter was doing. I have since found guides online that helped me correct what I thought was a problem with the converter. For my Cruis'n Exotica arcade cabinet there is are settings called clamps that I needed to adjust to keep the image from eventually fading to purple/pink looking. With that corrected I am very happy with the product. One of the only ones out there that go right to HDMI. I am still keeping this under a "perfect" 5 star since it doesn't include a connector I need (RGBS 5 inline pins). But I found one from Holland Computers and their arcade division.

This is supposed to convert from CGA or RGB signal to HDMI. I had the exact product previously (pictured) having the version 20170901HD. The one that was sent is supposed to be the newer version HD-VC9900-V1.1 (not as pictured!). Unfortunately, the picture quality is worst in comparison with the previous version. See the image for my Amiga DOS with snowy screen and some random artifacts. Fiddling with different controls on the board or on TV is useless and pointless.
UPDATE: I was refunded in full without the need to return the item. An honest seller.
