Nice heft and looks. The blade sides are a little uninspiring for being Damacus.

Out of the box, nowhere near as sharp as you might expect or need for a Nakiri. About three minutes on a 1000/6000 stone got it to a better place.

Good balance, a but on the heavy side. Handle feels good for a Western-style.

Overall, good value.
