There's a wealth of material here in a very accessible form: from demystifying the electoral college (and why it exists), to how to consume media and polls skeptically, how to contact the people who represent you (and how to find out who they are), what to look for in debates and how to approach them, what to expect on election day, and lots more, all well organized and presented with a sense of humor.
The tour de force, though, is the appendix, "How To Talk About Politics Without Bloodshed", a guide for those more interested in exchange of ideas and building understanding than in grandstanding, division, and bludgeoning others with words.
An enjoyable and valuable civics -- and civility! -- introduction.
