So why did I give it five stars? It's very good for what it is and what it cost. You just have to know what you're getting into. I personally like it a lot. It as pretty darn satisfying to locate and view M13, the Wild Duck Cluster and other objects through such a small and cheap telescope. M13 was just a fuzzy ball, pretty much the same as through a small refractor. The wide FOV made finding objects pretty easy.
The included eyepieces are inexpensive. I tried them and they weren't horrible considering the cost of the telescope. I viewed M13 through a Televue Nagler 13 mm, sort of comical considering the eyepiece cost five times as much as the Mini 82.
Anyway, it's a cool little telescope and worth the price. Do research on spherical mirrors and chromatic aberration. Pretty much all reflectors under $150 will have the same type of mirror. Don't blame the telescope or manufacturer, it's a cost thing and is reflected in the price.
If you know how to starhop and want a challenge and extremely portable telescope, you can't go wrong with the Mini 82.
Able to see the rings of Saturn. Saw the ISS last night. Very cool.
Had to collimate the secondary mirror out of the box to get things in focus.
Didn't come with a collimator cap.
Thats my only complaints.
