If you are having a crisis when you reach 50, this book could help you. Especially the second chapter. Also it gives you insight into what aging means in terms of helping us to appreciate the good things that come with having a benefit by evaluating our own experiences and that of those around us. It makes suggestions on what we should be trying to improve to help us to navigate later life. It is not a "if you do this, you will get this result" but more of a here are some examples what can you draw from them to help you to improve your future. No book can make your life change, only you and your attitude can make your life better. However, this book is worth reading to help you on your way to improvement. Please remember thought that this is just my opinion.
