This book fails in so many ways that it has made me think this is one of the worst books I ever bought. I just didn't get the point; maybe it's too deep for my taste.

1. Too wordy. Blah, blah, blah... and more blah.
2. Too religious. Some people in the world are atheist, but the author believes everyone is a believer. Please don't call your gods, keep your beliefs to yourself.
3. I counld't find the formula. As engineer I love formulae, but there's not such thing inside the book, only word after word after word.
4. It's the first chapter the one that worths... and the one that sells the book.
5. The book is fill of silly and pointless exercises. Do I really need to call myself "The King of Electronics"? What's the point?
6. It's a sell-y book, as expected. All these books are a way for the authors to sell you their other more expensive services. I knew that before I bought the book. But is she really trying to sell me that thing she calls "a method"?

In this point you might still want to throw away your money; go ahead, but please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, it's an invaluable asset.

The book comes with worksheets, and you will have to do the worksheet exercises to get the best from the book and what it contains. However, the worksheets are so well designed and easy to follow, it helps the words and thoughts flow. Do get this book if you need help moving forward in life to something more positive. I have gained a lot from it.
