The book is a "one of a kind" cookbook and one that any meatloaf lover will find invaluable. All recipes are from the the author's meatloaf bakery in Chicago and, on a rotating basis, avaliable in the bakery. After purchasing the book and trying several recipes from it, I have added the author's Meatloaf Bakery to my list of bakeries/restaurants to visit.
They did a fantastic job with the layout and pictures. I love everything about it, and I will be giving it out as gifts to my cooking friends.
