Pros:
Price: For $60, Gateron Reds (which I prefer over Cherries, having tried the K65 multiple times) and backlighting can't be beat.
Backlight: It's bright enough to see what you're doing with many levels of brightness. It also features a "breathing" mode, where the LEDs fade in and out. If you're into that kind of thing, it's a nice feature. The backlight can also be disabled, although Caps Lock will always remain illuminated. On the max setting, the backlighting is incredibly bright.
Switches: Switch choice is almost entirely personal preference. I like Reds and so these feel amazing to me. The actuation force is absurdly low, so that might be something to consider if you're in the market for a mech. I strongly recommend demo-ing MX Reds at a physical store before purchasing this keyboard; they're not for everyone. The keyboard is louder than any rubber-dome I've ever used, but is still quiet enough to not be a nuisance. It's about the same volume as every keyboard with red switches I've tried.
Build Quality and Size: The small form factor (68-key) is definitely a plus for me. I have very large hands, and it's not an issue at all typing on this keyboard. Do note, however, that this keyboard requires the use of FN to use the function and media keys. This may be a con for some, but I appreciate the space it saves too much to care. The multi-media keys and the "key speed adjustment" all work as they should, and the included one-page quick start guide tells you all you need to know. There are a few cool features on the board itself, such as swapping the caps lock key and the left control key as well as a mode to disable the windows key. These features must be toggled with the keyboard unplugged, which is a bit annoying. The keyboard is very light (almost too light for my taste), which would make moving this keyboard easy. It also connects through removable mini-usb, which is a massive plus for both portability and repairs. The aluminum faceplate is high quality, and overall the board is constructed well.
Qisan also includes an OTG cable so you can connect this keyboard to a phone, which is helpful I guess. Free stuff is never bad.
Cons:
I hate the way the board looks, especially the keycap font. To me, it looks tacky and I would have preferred a black board with black keycaps and a font that doesn't look like it was stolen from a bad sci-fi film. It would be silly to remove a star for this however. The board is as pictured; I knew what I was buying. For this price, you have to make certain compromises.
The box was also pretty banged up, but this is the fault of the shipping and not the seller. All damage to the box was purely cosmetic, and the board is 100% okay.
Overall, I would recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a board with Reds that won't break the bank.
EDIT (AUGUST 1ST, 2016):
A month later, the X key doesn't activate about 25% of the time. I'm exchanging the keyboard with Squaretrade, but Amazon's warranty wouldn't have covered this exchange. Additional coverage is a very very good investment on this board. I've changed my review to 4/5 stars, because quality issues like this shouldn't happen so early on in a board's life. Hopefully my replacement fairs better...
The backlit keys, adjustable key repeat, and a few other neat features will justify the cost for a gamer. The Gateron red switches are super smooth. Everything about the 'board is in working order and well fit. If I had not seen the amazing quality that can be had at a lesser price point in today's market, I'd be flabbergasted at what you get for the cost. Sadly, I can't unring the bell and forget that there are so many high-value options afoot right now. Some of them exist in the Quisan range itself.
Used it for a few days and realize it is almost too light for me to type on. I definitely prefer a tactile switch than gateron reds. Still a great keyboard though.
I don't like the feel of the plastic case, but for the price, it was everything I wanted. However, it doesn't work well with gaming.
The typing is fine, all keys seemed to be register well, until I finally get on one of my favorite game that my characters started to feel lag.
I thought it was lag as first, but then I realized it was the keyboard.
For example:
The tab key is usually use to check the scoreboard in gaming. If I keep pressing the tab key, the scoreboard should still be on. This time, if I keep pressing the tab key without letting go, the scoreboard keep popping on and off as if I had been repeatedly spamming tab.
When I do the same for my other keyboard, everything is fine in game, but this issue only happened with my newly bought magicforce keyboard.
I had checked the cable, checked the cord, connection and all that stuffs, the result is still the same.
