These gloves are great at keeping your hands warm during frigid weather but not forever. The gloves are thinner to give you full dexterity, like most Mechanix gloves, so your fingers will start to get cold after awhile, say 45 minutes. Good enough for my needs. Order a size smaller than normal. I usually wear a large in Mechanix but these are a bit loose around the fingers.

In a restaurant I have learned not to complain about the food, however I do not ingest work gloves.

I think these are the best work gloves I have ever purchased. They work good in our Northern Canadian Winter Climate up to about -20c...beyond that, it is just too cold...

Interesting since I purchased them from California, somewhere where it does not get very cold, however, they are well made...I do not expect to need new gloves next year. Thank you.

These are comfortable and reasonably warm in weather where you want a glove but where it's not too cold - maybe weather in the 40s (F) or warmer when the "original" gloves would not keep your hands warm enough. They aren't super warm - you won't be shoveling snow with these. But they do a good job of stopping wind and taking the chill off. They only fit slightly looser than the regular mesh-backed Mechanix Wear gloves. They're quite comfortable, and I've ordered a couple extra pairs.

By name, it's a cold weather glove, but probably only suitable down to the 30's or so. Would not keep my hands warm when it's 20 and I'm out on the tractor. But they fit well, not bulky, and quite comfortable. A great glove when you need to work with small tools, nails, etc. Been wearing them all winter and they are holding up quite well.
As others have said, it's a good idea to order a size up.

I have the exact pair as shown for everyday work use for over a year! I know, unbelievable as it may seem. The new pair I was sent is a cheaper version so I am not expecting too much in the way of wear from these. Let the buyer beware.

Normally I wear Mechanix Wear medium duty work gloves on a daily basis, but the super cold weather this winter had my hands freezing!
Enter the Cold Weather Utility Glove. The description of this glove is entirely accurate, the glove is fleece and has no insulating layer
inside the glove. The palm does have panels sewn in that will protect the glove from getting wet in the snow, should you encounter it.
Theses gloves have kept my hands warm while outside in single digit weather for short periods (15-20 minutes) of time, enabling me to complete my work. Don't count on these gloves to keep out the cold for long periods of time as they aren't built for that.

If you need a glove that is warm and still leaves you with enough dexterity to do the job, these are for you.

I wear Mechanix gloves for everyday work inside. So when I needed good quality gloves for outside, my first thought was was these. They are warm, with a fleece lining, and a rubber, plastic palm. They fit just like the regular gloves do. No velcro cuff, just elastic, which is easier when outside.

I left a set of these in my car in case I have to dig out of snow and they've been invaluable. A few weeks ago I got a flat tire and it was about 8 degrees outside. I threw these on, changed my wheel, and my hands were still toasty when I got back into the car.
